How to improve your health with the FiveTibetans
These Yoga exercises work very well with the energies of your body and are a great way to keep your body in shape
when you have limited time for a physical workout.
The entire series of movements may be performed 1 to 2 times per day.
It’s been more than a year now since I’ve been practicing those amazing exercises….And I am ABSOLUTELY satisfied with them…
I feel energized, I feel frisky, and my life is just…flowing! My body is strong and healthy.
Of course, I’m very young… So it’s normal that you’re healty, you say. But this is the first time in my life that I feel SO healthy!
These exercises work!
The fact thah they work is also due to my mental attitude. A positive attiutude is the key to achieve anything that you want in life
and it is also the key for you health. If you really BELIEVE that something will work for you, it will.
If you really BELIEVE that you are healthy, you will be, whatever kind of exercises you will do.
But since body/mind is a unity, practicing those specific exercises is helping me to be clearer and to express my energy.
It’s a good habit. The body wants to move, the body wants to walk, the body wants to dance.
And this is a great way to move your body!!!
Here’s a good visual explanation that I’ve found ! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zr_2sk77sZo

Thanks for this Francesco. Too bad I only know English, but I guess body language tells it all.

You’re right Edward! I’ve uploaded this Italian Video beacuse it’s one the bests visual explanation I’ve personally found. What matters is that you clearly see how to practice them.
If you type Five Tibetans on Youtube search bar, you’ll find many English videos as well!

>>> The body wants to move, the body wants to walk, the body wants to dance.
The Buddhas and his followers were always dancing with joy! And this caused all those around them to dance with joy as well.
Joy and happiness are infectious.

Wow, Francesco, I was so surprised to see that the 5 Tibetan exercises were part of my morning routine a couple of years ago… I am definitely going to start them again. The visual was perfect to get the correct form. Namaste

Hi, Just stumbled upon your blog through Anmol’s blog. It is nice to read about 5 Tibetan Rites. It has been my long cherished desire to try these rites. However, somehow things were not materializing. Now after reading your article, I found myself again inclined to try them.
